Seamstress Skirts

This fabric....it was love at first sight...Vintage sewing machines!! Fabric is Kaufman, Vintage Couturier, charcoal sewing and I bought it on Etsy. It was quite expensive with postage considering that this is still a cotton print.
When fabric came I was slightly disappointed because of the background color...it's supposed to be charcoal and charcoal is dark gray...what I see is light gray fabric.
Well...I planned to sew myself a full circle skirt but because of fabric width and pattern position it wasn't possible. Instead one full circle skirt I've sewed two skirts. One pencil and one bell skirt. I'm completely satisfied!

Umjesto jedne suknje u krug sašila sam si dvije suknje. Jedna uska i jedna u zvono. Ja sam zadovoljna!

Left side pocket with zip closure

First I sewed the zipper on the back of the skirt and on the pocket.
Front of the skirt and pocket
Now connect the front and the back of skirt along the edge of the skirt and zipper, but don't forget to leave  pocket opening free. Sew 3cm from waist, leave cca. 13cm pocket opening free and then continue to sew the sides of the skirt to the hem.
